It is the mission of ACHS to provide a network of comprehensive, primary health care and support services to individuals and families throughout the five convenient commuties we serve located in Coos and Grafton Counties of New Hampshire. We distinguish ourselves by offering a broad range of health care services. Patients have access to a full range of primary and preventive care services, as well as a number of specialties including nutrition, substance abuse, mental health counseling, education on coping with chronic illness, health screenings including development screenings for infants and dental care.
