Event Details
Psychic Fair Weekend began in April 1986 with just two psychics and a handful of people attending the event. In 1988, Sharon and Betty Muldoon were planning a visit to the area when they heard Psychic Fair Weekend would be going on. Interested in what this might entail, they booked a stay at the resort, spent the weekend at one of the first Psychic Fairs, and loved every second of it.
When they got back home to Massachusetts, Sharon could not stop raving about their time to all of her and Betty’s co-workers. Sparking an interest in everyone she spoke to, she worked with the Indian Head Resort to bring up a group of about 20 women to the next Psychic Fair. The time finally came, and the girls had such a fun time spending the weekend getting readings, hanging out in the lounge and just enjoying the property that they decided to make it an annual trip. They continued visiting the resort every April for Psychic Fair, calling themselves the Stargazers.
But before they knew it, word of the event had spread all over. Sharon and Betty were getting calls from friends of friends of friends asking how they could be a part of the fun and come to Indian Head’s Psychic Fair. Soon enough, word had spread even further and what was once an annual co-workers getaway, turned into a huge event. It had so much demand, we decided to add another weekend in November of 1994 to allow even more Stargazers to join.
Sharon and Betty went on to coordinate all of our semi-annual Psychic Fair Weekends for years to come. They are both a huge part of the reason why Psychic Fair is what it is today and why so many Stargazers visit us year after year for this special event.
Today we dedicate every Psychic Fair Weekend to Sharon, who passed in 2007. Many of our Stargazers were personal friends with Sharon and remember her as a light in the life of so many. We all know that her legacy lives on in every Psychic Fair Weekend.

Mother’s Day Weekend – Mom’s Just Wanna Have Fun. What started out as an annual videotape comedy competition in New York to honor a fellow woman in comedy who helped so many others get their start (Mary Jo Wobker), the Ladies of Laughter has steadily become known in the comedy world as the career builder for women in comedy. In celebration of Mother’s Day weekend, Ladies of Laughter is pleased to present three great comics: Alyce Chan, Leighann Lord, and Jane Condon.
Alyce Chan is a multifaceted talent known as a speaker, writer, producer, and stand-up comedian with a global presence. Her comedy has graced renowned venues such as The Stand and the New York Comedy Club in New York, as well as Yuk Yuk’s in Canada, among others. Her comedic prowess was further underscored when she emerged as a finalist at the esteemed Boston Comedy Festival in May 2023.
Smart, sexy, savvy, and funny, Leighann Lord’s “heads up humor” is stand-up comedy at its finest. Inspired by the brilliance of George Carlin, the smooth jazz style of Franklyn Ajaye, and the elegance of Rita Rudner, Leighann has crafted her own unique brand of Thinking Cap Comedy. It’s no wonder she received the NYC Black Comedy Award for “The Most Thought Provoking Black Female Comic.”
Jane Condon has two boys, otherwise everything’s fine. Since she’s from a blue-collar town in Massachusetts, she likes to make fun of her current posh address in Greenwich, CT. She loves to tell stories about her adventures (mostly survival tales) with her boys. Condon was named one of 10 Comedy Best Bets in Back Stage’s annual comedy issue (2001). She has appeared on ABC-TV’s “The View” and Lifetime TV’s “Girls’ Night Out” and FOX-TV’s series finale of “24.”

Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa is proud to announce the 6th Annual Bretton Woods Memorial Golf Tournament, a pivotal event in the fight against hunger in our community.
Set for Sunday, June 8, 2025, at the iconic Mount Washington Course, this tournament will directly benefit the Say Goodnight to Hunger campaign. Proceeds go to the New Hampshire Food Bank, providing crucial support to families facing food insecurity across the North Country. Did you know that one in five children in the area don’t know where their next meal will come from? This heart-wrenching reality drives our commitment to raising vital funds to ensure no family goes hungry. By joining us, you’re not just playing golf, you’re helping change lives.
Watch here: https://youtu.be/77M7wlAsF7U
Over the years, the tournament has grown into a meaningful tradition that brings together golfers, families, and the community to support those in need. The 2024 tournament raised nearly $9,000, helping the Food Bank distribute 13,984 meals in Coos County, a powerful reminder of how small actions can make a big impact.
“We are thrilled to continue this tradition of supporting the New Hampshire Food Bank and lifting up our community,” said Steve Janicek, Managing Director of Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa. “Together, we’re making a difference for families in need, right here in our own backyard.”
The tournament features an 18-hole golf scramble, designed to offer a fun and friendly atmosphere, along with various contests and games to keep participants entertained throughout the day. In addition to the golf tournament, the event will include a silent auction with incredible prizes, and a chance for attendees to win a dinner for two at Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa by donating non-perishable food items to the New Hampshire Food Bank.

Weathervane Theatre’s Windsock Summer Theatre Camp Opens Enrollment for 28th Season
Weathervane’s theatre day camp will return July 14 – 26.
New Hampshire’s award-winning Weathervane Theatre is pleased to announce enrollment for its summer theatre day camp – Windsock – is now open.
For over 20 years, Windsock Camp has brought campers from across the White Mountains region to the Weathervane and introduced them to the building blocks of theatre with all the fun of the typical summer day camp experience.
Grace Livingston Kramer will once again lead Windsock Camp as Executive Director. Livingston Kramer, a Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA) director and educator with international credits, is in her fourth season with the camp and her sixth season with Weathervane Theatre.
Known for her work on and off stage, Livingston Kramer is Weathervane’s company manager and a resident acting company member. Her stage credits include Rosie in Mamma Mia!, Missy in Winter Wonderettes, and her New Hampshire Theatre Alliance Award-nominated turn as Peaseblossom in Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Livingston Kramer has also served as a guest director for Weathervane Theatre’s Patchwork Players for three seasons (Tommie Sawyer, Pinocchio, and Cinderella).
Outside of Weathervane, Grace recently served as the Managing Director for Education at Maine’s Penobscot Theatre Company. In addition to overseeing their youth theatre programming (Dramatic Academy), Grace choreographed many Dramatic Academy productions, including The Addams Family, SpongeBob, and Coraline. She is a founding member of HEART Global, a non-profit focused on connecting students worldwide through music. Her music outreach non-profit work has taken her all over North America, Europe, and Japan, teaching students of all ages.
“Windsock Camp is back for another exciting season, and we couldn’t be more excited,” said Livingston Kramer. “Campers will create their own show with scenes and songs under the guidance of our professional theatre artists from our resident acting company and production team. A true hands-on experience in all facets, our 2025 campers will have an experience unlike any other.”
Running July 14 – 25, 2025, Windsock will offer two one-week camps for ages 6-11 and one two-week camp for ages 6-17. The camp day starts at 9 AM and ends at 4 PM and is divided into blocks of rehearsal for the camp show and blocks of instruction from Weathervane guest and resident artists covering all aspects of theatre (dance, music, Shakespeare, tech, etc.), strengthening the connection between the campers and the Weathervane resident company. Campers also receive exclusive behind-the-scenes access to Weathervane’s highly anticipated productions of Grease and Waitress. Additional perks for campers include complimentary Patchwork Players performance tickets and discounts for select Mainstage productions.
Windsock will present its final camp show on Saturday, July 26, at 10 AM on Weathervane’s outdoor stage. A complete theatrical production, the show will include elements like props, costumes, music, and a set. The camp show will only feature campers enrolled in the second week of camp (July 21 – 25).
Camp registration is now open. Camp pricing ranges from $354 – $794. Family discounts and scholarship opportunities are available. Book by Sunday, January 19th, and save up to $145. Camp registration includes the classic Windsock Camp t-shirt tye dye experience and complimentary tickets to a Patchwork Players performance at the Weathervane.
For more information and to register, visit weathervanenh.org/education. Additional inquiries can be directed to camp staff by email ([email protected]) or phone (603-837-9322).

The sensational Sierra Hull brings her virtuosic mandolin mastery along with her phenomenal band to The Colonial stage. She is a two-time GRAMMY® Nominated artist and songwriter and six-time recipient of IBMA’s Mandolin Player of the Year, the first woman to ever receive this distinction. Her live performances showcase incredible musicianship and a rare connection with her audience. Whether delivering a lightning-fast instrumental or a soul-stirring ballad, Hull’s artistry is undeniable. Don’t miss this extraordinary evening of bluegrass and beyond—get your tickets now!
About Sierra Hull:
With A Tip Toe High Wire, her first new album in five years, songwriter, singer, and award-winning mandolinist Sierra Hull has perfected the daring act of stepping into a new, progressive sonic territory while never straying too far from the bluegrass and Americana roots she’s cultivated in her two-decade-plus career. While joined on the album by world-class friends like Béla Fleck, Tim O’Brien, and Aoife O’Donovan, Hull self-produced A Tip Toe High Wire with her highly skilled touring band in the center ring—something she was able to make the call on as this is also her first album to be released entirely independently. “In some ways, it feels like stepping out into a different territory,” Hull says. “And leaning into that at this chapter of my career—the freedom of being able to be out on my own, to create with no walls for what feels like the first time—has helped me grow.” For more information visit SierraHull.com.

July 9 – August 16, 2025
With a hip-shaking rock ’n’ roll score featuring hits like “Summer Nights,” “Greased Lightnin’,” and “We Go Together,” Grease celebrates Rydell High’s class of 1959 in all their duck-tailed, bobby-soxed, gum-snapping glory.
Put on your poodle skirts, pedal pushers, and leather jackets, and hand-jive your cares away in GREASE! Set in 1959 at Rydell High, “Greaser” Danny Zuko and new (good) girl Sandy Dumbrowski try to relive the high romance of their “Summer Nights” as the rest of the gang sings and dances its way through the soundtrack of a generation featuring the unforgettable tunes “Greased Lightnin’,” “Hopelessly Devoted to You,” “You’re that I Want,” and more! Rollicking and electrifying, GREASE is the word for perfect summer entertainment.
Wednesday, July 9 | Opening Night Reception: Mingle with the cast and creative team immediately following opening night at this intimate ticketed event. Reception includes a glass of champagne and drink specials.

“You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.”– Mae West.
